Hon. Jude Onwudinjo Mbaegbu (KSM) is a native of Ozubulu in Ekwusigo L.G.A. in Anambra State. He was a graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (Bsc. Pub. Admin.). He worked with Tractor and Equipment in 1978 before joining business.
